This year’s EAEA Grundtvig Award highlights the importance of creating flexible learning pathways that address the diverse needs of adult learners. Recognising each individual as a whole—with their strengths and areas for growth—is essential for fostering personal development and enabling full participation in society.
In line with this, the Erasmus+ SMARTY project supports adults, especially migrants, by recognising and assessing their key and transversal competences. Building on what learners already know and can do, SMARTY encourages tailored guidance that promotes further learning and integration into both the labour market and society.
