Many migrants arrive with valuable competences that often go unrecognised, especially when not supported by formal qualifications. Adult education professionals play a key role in identifying and assessing these skills, enabling more personalised guidance towards successful social and professional integration.
That is why our Erasmus+ project SMARTY is developing a user-friendly app to assist professionals in evaluating key competences of adult migrants—such as digital skills, critical thinking, literacy, and more. The app helps professionals identify adults’ strengths and work strategically towards further development.
