SMARTY+ finds its motivation in the need to create an improvement in orientation actions, enabling the agencies involved, and those who wish to use the tools produced, to make a quality leap in the service offered to migrants.

In the course of their training, adult migrants manifest specific needs, which require tailor-made orientation responses based on a specialized and continuous knowledge of the evolution of the adult competence system.

• Create tools and working methods to develop effective approaches to competence assessment of fragile adults;
• Activate competence assessment pathways with fragile adults through the use of participatory methodologies;
